Trendy Bartender ships through the Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) program, United States.

To offer you the best online shopping experience with us, we use Amazon FBA service to ensure you a speedy delivery, great convenience, quality customer service, and customer-friendly tracking and return policies. Our products are currently stored within the AMAZON shipping network. Shipments, logistics and customer service will be handled just the same as you shop at Amazon.com!

At the moment, Trendy Bartender only ships to the United States.

When shipping within the United States and various territories and freely associated states, your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed.

How are Shipping & Delivery Dates Calculated?

You’ll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order summary, just before you place your order. An estimated delivery date (or date range) will also appear in Your Orders after you’ve placed your order.

Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you’ve chosen. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don’t count toward the transit time (unless we’ve specifically offered a weekend delivery during checkout). Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time.

After an order has shipped, you can track your packages by going to Your Orders.

Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order. In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location. In this case, the option to choose One-Day Delivery may not appear.

All orders are fulfilled by Amazon

All orders are shipped from an Amazon Fulfillment Center to you.

All Amazon.com standard shipping rates and policies apply to these items when shipped within the U.S., including free shipping on qualifying orders and Prime shipping. International shipping may not be available for all items.

When your order ships, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in Your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package by clicking the Track packages link in Your Account.

Amazon also handles all customer service and product returns for “Fulfilled by Amazon” items. If you need assistance with anything, please visit our Help pages by clicking the word “Help” at the top of any page of our website.

Returns and Exchanges

Items shipped from Amazon can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases, whereas refunds can be done through PayPal.

For any returns and exchanges, please contact us directly. Our customer service team will take care of each case individually and get in touch with you within 1 working day.

Return Shipping Methods

Depending on the items you’re returning and the reason for your return, your shipping methods may vary for your return.

U.S. Postal Service: We provide you with postage-paid mailing label to return the package and give it to your postman or take it to your local post office.

Any Carrier: We provide you with a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice.

UPS drop-off: We provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return package and take it to an authorized UPS shipping location. (We’ll show you a list of drop-off locations in your area.) This option allows you to track your package on its way back to us.

UPS pickup: We contact UPS and arrange for them to pick up your package from the address it was originally shipped to. This is ideal for large or heavy items that are hard to carry, and if you select this option before 9:00 p.m. Pacific time, UPS will attempt pickup on the next business day. This option allows you to track your package on its way back to us.

Amazon Locker: With this option, you can drop off your package at an Amazon Locker within five days after printing your pre-paid return mailing label.
